Electrical muscle stimulation involves sending electrical impulses to the muscles. This process may promote blood flow and strengthen the muscles. It may also affect pain signals, reducing discomfort.

EMS can be utilized as a strength training tool for healthy subjects and athletes; it could be used as a rehabilitation and preventive tool for people who are partially or totally immobilized

Be-Younger encourages you to discuss any physical program with your physician as well as conduct your own research on this amazing tool. There is an abundance of information on the internet.
