Refund Policy

Be-Younger will reimburse purchasers if the Be-Younger product is defective. Defective means that the device doesn’t initially work properly. When turned on, it doesn’t supply enough power for the device to generate muscle contraction. This may be caused by a defective battery, or the pads are defective. Since after prolonged usage, the battery will wear out, Be-Younger will only evaluate claims of defect if the product was bought within 21 days of the claim. Be-Younger will either send another product to the claimant or refund their purchase price if Be-Younger determines the claim is valid.

Customer didn’t receive the product they ordered –
Shipping Policy
Customer is responsible for entering their shipping details correctly when checking out on our website. Customer may be liable for lost or returned packages. 


Customer accepts that Be-Younger does not use signatures as proof of delivery for shipments. Customer accepts the tracking number showing delivery on the carrier’s website and shipping label as proof of delivery. 
If a customer does not accept the Be-Younger package or does not pick it up from post office in time, customer may be liable to pay a $15.00 restocking or reshipping fee.
