How to Use Our Device

Choose Your Target Area
Place the EMS device on the area you want to strengthen — such as your stomach, biceps, triceps, quads, or hamstrings.

Power On the Device
Press the On/Off button in the center of the battery.
A light will appear at the top to indicate it’s active.

Select Mode and Intensity
Use the ON button to cycle through the modes listed in the manual.
Adjust the pulse strength by pressing the light button until you reach your comfort level.
Use the bottom button to decrease intensity.

Session Duration
Each session runs for 25 minutes automatically — the optimal time for results.
For best performance, use the device 3–4 times per week, or even daily if comfortable.

Safety Reminder
Just like any workout, only use the intensity that feels right for you.
What are the precautions I need to be aware of before using the Be-Younger devices?
