As Founder of Be-Younger, I believe that EMS devices are truly magical. I started exercising at age 13 in an attempt to be strong and healthy. I've spent countless hours in the gym throughout my life trying to increase my strength and look better. I've endured the sweat and pain of my workouts along with the muscle aches after. I haven't always had the time to consistently exercise because of the time constraints of family and work hours. And, I've felt remiss in missing many of my workout routines.

It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I discovered EMS devices. I saw an ad on TV showing that muscle building was greatly enhanced by EMS. And, to use the device required almost nothing at all!! All that was required was to attach it, via already existing sticky patches on the device, to your body part needing an enhanced workout. I didn't believe that an exercise routine existed that involved no sweat, no pain, and no dedicated time. But if I only had to spend $75 to find out if indeed there was this miracle, no matter how unlikely, it was worth the risk. l bought a device. Now, I use my Be-Younger devices almost every day on one muscle group or another. I still exercise but the results of using the EMS device are astonishing!!

Throughout my life, most of my friends and family hated to exercise. Indeed, most of the population doesn't do enough of it although most know that abstinence leads to an unhealthy body. Everyone has been told 'You have to exercise!' but just thinking of the act of doing so prevents following this narrative. EMS is a game changer. All the negatives of exercise go 'poof', just as if a fairy sprinkled magic dust on them! There's no reason now not to have a stronger body. Everyone will benefit from it, especially the older generation! They don't need to look like 'Arnold' but most need to keep their legs strong so that they can be up and about.

I would hope that Be-Younger users will spread the word about EMS devices. I know you don't believe in miracles. Most of my friends didn't! My persistence in asking them to use the devices has changed that. Although a few are still in denial, evidence and time will win in the end! For the tiny price of buying a device, why wouldn't you take a chance to make your life better along with showing your friends and family how to do the same? The medical community doesn't think EMS is a shot in the dark.
